___ Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Kertasari Connect booking platform and related coordination services.
By making a booking or using the Kertasari Connect platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with a booking.
___ Nature of Services
Kertasari Connect operates as a booking coordination and marketing platform.
Transport services, scooter hire, surfboard rental, and related operational services are provided by an independent local operator.
Kertasari Connect may own or manage certain assets used in connection with services; however, day-to-day service delivery is carried out by the relevant local operator.
___ Services
Through the platform, bookings may be arranged for services including, but not limited to:
Airport and ferry transfers
Scooter hire
Surfboard rental
Related local coordination services
All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
___ Bookings & Confirmation
Services may be pre-arranged or arranged on site at the time of booking
Bookings are confirmed once payment instructions are accepted and payment is received
Booking details, including time and location, are confirmed prior to service delivery
Any changes to a booking should be requested as early as possible.
___ Payments
Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated
Pricing is confirmed before payment
Payment methods and instructions are provided at booking
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
___ Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation or change requests should be made as early as possible
Cancellations for transfers must be notified within 24hrs of arranged pick up time to be eligible for refund
Refunds, if applicable, are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on service type and timing
Some services may be non-refundable once confirmed.
___ Transfers (Airport & Ferry)
Transfer travel times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, ferry schedules, or other factors
Delays outside reasonable control do not constitute a breach of service
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate arrival details
Guests are advised to allow adequate buffer time when planning onward travel
___ Scooter Hire
Riders must be confident operating a scooter or motorcycle
A valid driver’s licence recognised in Indonesia is required
Helmets must be worn at all times
Scooters must be used responsibly and returned in the condition received
Any damage, loss, or misuse may result in additional charges assessed by the relevant service provider.
___ Surfboard Rental
Surfboards are rented for personal use only
Renters are responsible for the care of the board during the hire period
Any damage or loss must be reported promptly
Repair or replacement costs may apply depending on the extent of damage.
___ Safety & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their own safety and actions while using services arranged through the platform.
Operational services are provided by independent local operators. Kertasari Connect does not assume responsibility for operational conduct, driving behaviour, sea conditions, road conditions, or other factors outside its coordination role.
Guests are encouraged to act responsibly and within their abilities at all times.
___ Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kertasari Connect’s liability is limited to the value of the booking made through the platform.
Kertasari Connect shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services provided by independent operators.
___ Force Majeure
Kertasari Connect is not liable for failure or delay in coordination due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural events, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
___ Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.
The most current version will be available on the website and applies to all bookings made thereafter
___ Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
